During her first year as a realtor, Debbie quickly established herself as an exceptional agent in the Charleston downtown luxury market by selling some of Charleston’s finest historic luxury properties. She received the “Rookie of the Year Award” and the “Realtor of Distinction Award” for outstanding sales performance. Debbie continues to be one of the top agents in Charleston receiving “Realtor of Distinction” awards annually. Her appreciation and love for Charleston, along with her knowledge of the area, her understanding of value, and a keen sense of style, has contributed to Debbie’s success.

Debbie is extremely passionate about what she does and finds joy in making authentic connections with her clients, many of whom become great friends. Having owned and renovated property over the past 25 years throughout the greater Charleston area including both historic downtown and the nearby coastal communities, she has developed extensive knowledge of the `areas and the city’s unique real estate market.

Before becoming a realtor, Debbie spent 20+ years in the communication field where she developed valuable interpersonal skills. Her understanding of communication as an art, and its role in negotiating, has greatly contributed to her success as a realtor. It is also Debbie’s dedication of service to her clients, which sets her apart. She once spent over three months completely renovating, decorating, and staging a historical property for one of her clients, tending to every detail of the process. The property sold in just 11 days during the height of the financial crisis of 2008, for one of the highest prices per square foot in the area in over 13 years. Debbie consistently goes above and beyond to assure that her client’s goals are achieved.
